Training Plans

Built Babe Academy was created for one purpose-to build busy women into the strongest, most confident version of themselves.

The BBA program is a monthly membership program where each month you will receive 5-6 new workouts through a custom app along with form demonstrations and the ability to integrate your favorite fitness apps so everything you need to succeed is in one place. These workouts can be done at home or in the gym so you can succeed in any setting. But this isn’t just a workout program, it’s a community. With our monthly bootcamps not only will you receive the workouts each month, you will become part of a group chat where you can meet and be encouraged by other women following the same workouts and pushing themselves to be a better everyday.

*Please note, these workouts are not custom made per the individual. Therefore you will be in charge of making exercise modifications should you need them.
*you can cancel at any point with 15 days notice.

BBA Custom Bootcamp + Meal Plan
$184/monthly subscription

Take your monthly membership to the next level by adding a custom meal plan. This meal plan will give you a well rounded idea of what a true fitness lifestyle will be, and give you a taste of what a full custom program would be. This option includes the Bootcamp subscription and Meal Plan.

We understand the challenge of trying to commit to your health and fitness while being a corporate professional, juggling married life, being a parent, etc., and since we live everyday balancing all those roles we are uniquely positioned to help you create the physique you’ve always wanted while not sacrificing the other parts of who you are. We don’t just customize the plans to your goals, we customize them to your lifestyle. Creating the best you takes time and effort, and isn’t always easy, but it is ALWAYS worth it. With a custom program you will receive a fully customized plan complete with workouts, meal plans, recipe guides, how to videos, our customized app to track your meals and workouts and progress, and 24/7 one on one access with your trainer.

Each week you will send in check ins and every other week we will get on a call to discuss in detail your plan and make all appropriate adjusts so that your plan progresses as you do!

People say to reach your BODY goals, you need to focus 80% on nutrition + 20% on your training –
Our belief is you should focus on both with 100% intensity. If either area is lacking, you will have a difficult time achieving the results you desire.

CUSTOM STRENGTH TRAINING PLAN

“Lifting weights isn’t for girls… It just makes them bulky.” This couldn’t be further from the truth. Lifting weights promotes lean muscle growth + decreases fat to sculpt the lean, sexy physique you want!

For those who are comfortable with their nutrition and looking for a strength training plan that fits their goals. Your coach will review your body composition, discuss your goals + create a plan that suits your lifestyle. Getting a custom plan is the ultimate way to build the physique of your dreams! 

What’s included:

  • Monthly training program
  • Custom training plan (4-6 workouts a week depending on your goals)
  • Workouts for home + gym
  • Detailed explanations + videos for how to perform the lifts
  • Weekly check-ins + plan adjustments made by your coach
  • Access to your coach to ask any questions about the plan throughout the week

  • Dumbbells *** We recommend a heavy weight pair (lower body) + medium weight pair (upper body)
  • Yoga Mat

FAQs

How will I receive plan access upon purchase?

You will receive an automated email from the Trainerize App to set up your dashboard once payment is complete.

Will I still have Trainerize App access after the completion date of my plan?

Trainerize App access will only be live throughout the duration of your plan.

If I change my mind, can I cancel?
With the exception of the Built Babe Academy subscription, we are unable to accommodate cancellations of our custom or pre built training plans.
Are any workouts live?

If you live in or near the Houston area we generally host weekly group classes. Email us and we can tell you how to come to the next one!

Does Built Babe Academy host in person workshops?
We partner with brands such as STRONG Fitness Magazine to provide our clients with exciting opportunities to come together in person throughout the year. Follow our social media to keep up to date with our latest events.
What equipment do I need if I don’t have access to a gym?

No gym, no problem! We recommend our Built Babes purchase a yoga mat, heavy and light dumbbells, and a booty band for at home workouts. Click here for our faves.
